| Every
website we create is Unique in its own way. Prices are
based on the work, complexity of the site, number of pages
and special features you may want included. Rather than
force clients to choose a package we create a web presence
on an individual bases. Unique Web Design will work with
you until you are satisfied with your site and all requirements
are met.
We can bill by the hour or by the project and will
be happy to supply a quote in either format.
Once a project has been agreed upon, we expect the
first half of the fee as a non-refundable deposit before
the work begins. Only when you are satisfied that the
project has been completed as specified will we bill
you for the second half of the fee. You pay nothing
more during development with the exception of those
fees we incur on your behalf (if development is delayed
beyond 1 month by client, we reserve the right to bill
for the balance before completion). Larger projects
may involve variations on these terms.
We also offer maintenance plans for ongoing maintenance
for your website. Maintenance includes minor changes
and updates to sites. As a client on maintenance you
will also be given discounts on larger projects you
request performed by Unique Web Design.
Up to two hours a month for $450 a month, 24 hour turnaround for urgent updates, additional work at $45 an hour.
Up to five hours a month for $275 a month, 48 hour turnaround for urgent updates, additional work at $55 an hour.
Up to two hours a month for $130 a month, 72 hour turnaround for urgent updates, additional work at $65 an hour.
